To maximize your range of motion, we start you with a wide grip when your hands are even with your chest. As you move through the range of motion, your hands converge to complete the work on your chest and arms. The independent movement of the exercise arms prevents your stronger side from helping your weaker side, maximizing results. Unlike conventional machines that use iron, the A350 Biaxial Chest Press’ low‑inertia design gives you a smooth resistance. It’s perfect for people at any fitness level.
Prevent unilateral compensation. Prevent the stronger limb from compensating for the weaker limb.
Repair unilateral imbalances. Train and rehab left and right sides independently. Improve symmetry of strength, power, velocity, endurance, and size over time.
Avoid repeated shock loading: The A300 Biaxial Chest Press has virtually none of the sudden excess forces you get from iron.
Protect your joints: With almost no shock loading, you avoid much of the risk to joints and connective tissue over time.
